New Foundations Home for Children provides FREE counseling services for victims through the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Grant. Therapeutic Counseling Services are provided by an independently licensed therapist in South Carolina. We encourage individuals in our service area to contact our VOCA therapist to inquire about the counseling services offered.
